The man who was run over and killed by a Demba locomotive which was drawing bauxite wagons at Wismar Sunday night last has been identified as Richie Isaacs , 52 year old watchman of Retrieve.
Reports said that Isaacs was seen walking on the railway tracks and as the train approached with warning hoots from the horn, he sat down on the tracks and despite the efforts made by the driver of the locomotive.
Isaacs it was said hailed from Berbice.
