Mr. David’s professional engineering career spanned over 16 years in Guyana and 25 years in the USA. His career path in Guyana involved fleet management of many types of mobile and
fixed equipment such as wheeled and crawler tractors, cranes, generators and compressors. He participated in two studies of public sector equipment management under the auspices of USAID and British AID. As a result of those studies improved equipment Abraham David, P.E b, 1942

In the USA he was accredited a licensed professional engineer (PE) in the States of New York and New Jersey.
His professional engineering career path included preparation and implementation of policies and procedures for equipment management, reviews by regulatory agencies such as New Jersey State Department, New York State & City Departments, and the Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). He presently resides at Belladrum.
He is much involved in community work, especially as the local representative of Guyana American Partners, a USA based NGO that provides books and other school supplies annually to five regional schools.
