Dr. Beverley Gail (Reynolds) David is the daughter of the late Brassington Granville (Teacher Bertie) and Gwendolyn Charlotte Reynolds.
Dr Beverley Gail (Reynolds) David is from Paradise Village West Coast Berbice.
She attended St. Alban’s Anglican/Belladrum Government School and then Bishops’ High School.
She subsequently graduated from the University of Guyana with a B.A. degree in French (major), and Spanish (minor).
She holds a Diploma in French Translation, as well as an M.A. in French from University of British Columbia (Canada).
Her terminal degree is a Doctor of Modern Languages in French.
She is Professor Emerita in the Department of World Languages and Literatures at the University of Wisconsin Steven Point (UWSP) Wisconsin, USA.
The most notable of her achievements was the Excellence in Teaching Award given to her in 2000 by the UWSP where she taught for 24 years.
Dr Beverley Gail (Reynolds) David is a strong advocate for education of children..
She has over the past three years, provided stipends to over 40 students from the Belladrum community as a form of assistance to them in their furtherance of their primary and secondary school education.
