Norman De Abreu while swimming with some boys at the Luckhoo swimming pool , Kingston used indecent language.
In the city Magistrate’s court he was however reprimanded and discharged after he had given an explanation.
DeAbreu told Magistrate Rudolph Harper that while swimming he had been “ducked” by one of the boys and when he came up gasping for breath, he used the words.
After hearing this the Magistrate reprimanded and discharged him, but warned him to watch his words.
