Guyana Marketing Corporation has this week shipped 131 tons of first grade copra to Trinidad with 177 tons outstanding for fulfillment of the current contract.
Under the agreement Guyana is shipping 800 tons of copra to Trinidad and in turn buying 3,000 drums of refined coconut oil of which 500 are outstanding.
Under another contract GMC shipped 400 tons of copra to Jamaica this year.
